Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Establish personal external relationships with community partners including physicians, specialists, healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities and operations that could be a potential referral source of new patients.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in file management systems and software
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations is a plus
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
